Business Development Representative – Remote (Eastern USA)

We are looking for an Eastern USA-based, enthusiastic sales professional who is goal oriented and has a strong technical aptitude. The ideal candidate should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate the interest of potential customers
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales on prospecting strategy
  • Become a trusted and credible resource while developing superior relationships with prospects
  • Exceed quarterly opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
  • Provide ongoing feedback for continuous process optimization


  • Based on the East Coast 
  • 1-3 years of full-time corporate sales experience (SaaS is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Automation/IDP
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic phone presence
  • Consistent month-to-month performance and exceeding recurring monthly goals
  • Networking expert who possesses superb written and oral communication skills
  • Confident, dynamic, and enthusiastic team player
  • Detail oriented, passionate about technology and strong familiarity with CRM systems
  • Proven critical thinker who solves difficult problems and confidently overcomes client objections


  • Previous SaaS startup experience
  • Strong with Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo

Compensation Plan

  • $55-60,000 BASE SALARY / $70-80,000 OTE
